The Authorized Tourist Guides has done a regular examination and has been evaluated by the State
on his competence in art,archaeology,languages, and therefore is a professional and have to bear a badge showing their name and surname, their photograph and the number of their license.
He has free access to the museums, monuments and archaeological areas.

According to the most common definition of glottologists, the guide is "who preceeding or accompanying
shows or teach the way to follow "
Based on the law pictures on the tourism, art.11 paragraph third:

"Touristic Guide is who , for profession, accompanies single persons or groups of persons in the visits to art works, museums, galleries, to archaeological diggins,illustrating historical,artistic,monumental,landscape and natural attractions"
